Maybe one day you will find YHOO opening down 10 points with no upticks and pricey premiums on the puts. Then it will be too late.

If your as confident as I am that YHOO will drop in half from current levels who cares if goes 10 or 20 points higher first? Smart shorts who weren't over leveraged did OK shorting PRST at 100 and watching it go to 200. Eventually it went back down to below 40. Same thing with IOM. Could have shorted it at say, 35, watched it climb to 55 and then tank to 12. OCCF? Remember that one? Dangerously small float. Went from 10 to 136 but now back down to 32. If you shorted it at say, 80, you would have made out OK. NSCP? The list goes on and on.

YHOO now has a market cap 30% greater than NSCP with only 1/10 the revenues.
