Man, that means clean energy is really inefficient. You know if they had people running on giant human sized hamster wheels just think how many jobs could be created.

Of course, stuff like that is misleading. It counts everything remotely associated with "clean energy" but only counts fossil fuel extraction. What about the downstream jobs? What about petrochemicals?

Tony Heller, the skeptical blogger who has long blogged as Steven Goddard, rides a bike to work every day.

You could get by with a bike or horse instead of your pickup. A horse would be great. It would produce lots of organic fertilizer for your crop. But you'd probably rather use fertilizer from natural gas.
