For those trying to identify the early movers. Go the my google sheet. Go to named range and select IBB or XBI and sort by volume, Z-A. It will let you do this, just not save it. See which stocks are trading already based on volume. Prices will not show until open. Check those tickers in your favorite program. I have script editing going on in TOS so I will use Y Finance for now.
Today so far as of 8:08 in IBB:

SHPG

OVAS

SRPT

GILD

SGYP

MNKD

XBIT

NEOS

CLVS

FLXN

SHPG is up 1 percent - no news.
OVAS - down 25%, priced stock offering.
SRPT - another 2% rally.
GILD - nothing doing.
SGYP - rally looks kinda real, 2-3%, no news
MNKD - NADA
XBIT - Bid above close by good margin, no news
NEOS - Ask below close by good margin, no news
CLVS - NADA
FLXN - 20% rally on FDA guidance.

Only the first 5 have real volume.
