Vic, Neural network is good at "guessing the right answer" base on incomplete dataset (also speedier). For stock technical analysis, a rule-base system should work nicely. I think your friend's system probably consists of both techniques. Can your FRIEND post the "delayed" buying and selling signals for THQI here? A few days delayed signal will not help us earn or lose any money but we can verify the hit-rate of your friend's buy/sell signals. If it is accurate, I bet many people will subscribe to your friend's service. I am not a big believer of TA but I am interest to see how a TA expert system do in real-life experience. Thanks aC
