Questions on lawyers and market makers: If there are so many lawsuits, why not invest in a law firm? If MMs are so powerful manipulating stocks, why not invest in the MMs? I checked the best investment returns for the past couple of years, no law firm or MM can be found.

Reason for ASND down today: I bought, counting on a bounce in Jan.

Glenn, yeah, I guess that the bar exam is the pinnacle for some of these fellows. There are some good attys out there too. All I can say is what I said, when you need one, (a good one , not an evil one) they are good to have. BTW I was a couple of days late and about 1/8 too high on my guesstimate for a short term bottom on ASND, but close does count. (so far anyway....) pete
