don't know, but somehow most can muddle along. We have full employment, at a lower income of course, I do not see it getting out of hand as you and I used to discuss back in 2005-6. Mainly it is difficult to borrow money for a home and closings take forever. Even with pre-approval it is taking 75-90 days to close. I have gone to the dark side and will soon be a real estate agent. Just what SW Florida needs, but I have a good perspective to offer and will join a great team, once I get my license. Believe it or not, I will be primarily focusing on Cape Coral (formerly known as Cape Coma). I've remarried and my husband works with pre-foreclosures, amongst other things. MoneyPenny
