Yes. Been thinking the same think myself for a while. I expect to be out by the end of the next presidential term. First they have to extend the easy financing with no skin in the game available for car loans today to homes on a broader scale yet again. Should be a snap with total GOP control and gutting of Dodd Frank.. IF Hillary wins the ultimate top IMHO could be delayed a few more years. BWTF does an buffoon like me know about RE either so just following your coatails.. ....lol

The smartest guys in the room were still like the deer in the headlight early 2012 had missed the turn completely... Not just most of the old perma bears on our favorite old board who have disappeared but rock stars like Shiller if you follow the link...
