Thanks, after reading your last post I went to their website and picked yhis up in the presidents mesg. Thats probably why the stock is at $4 and probably won't go up much until after the conversion. Am I reading this right? This regulation D private placement of Preferred Shares are convertible into one share of the Company's common stock and contain a warrant to purchase one share of the Company's subsidiary FNet Corp. at $1. The price will be between $4.00 and $5.00 per share established by averaging the price during the first 30 day after the close. The new shares can begin conversion after 4 months at a 20% per month rate so as to smooth out the sales volume. The dilution is 10% to 12% depending on the average price this month.
