I think that correlating other warrants makes more sense by comparing market cap before and after the warrant exercise effort.

For example consider two companies that would expect (with no change in share price) a 70% vs 20% change in market cap because of a warrant exercise. All else being equal the company with the lower increase would be more likely to be successful.

I'm also supprised at how short some of these warrant calls are.
