Yes, he did. He was the architect of the free lunch of always decreasing rates. He knew that eventually we'd have to pay the piper. I guess he is the best evidence yet that the Federal Reserve is corrupt and that it doesn't look out for the interests of the American people. So we're back to free markets. Let interest rates float based on millions of economic actors buying and selling the debt. All other attempts at manipulating the market just create distortions, which cause economic mayhem and pain for millions of people.
