It's really quite simple, Ajay. What the company says privately in a telephone conversation with a single investor has no credibility. What is credible is when the company releases information so that it is publicly available to all investors. This way everyone has the same information and the company can be held publicly accountable for the information they are releasing to investors. The only information that really ever counts from a company should be released in one of the following three methods: 1. Post on SI. 2. Issue Press Release. 3. SEC filing. If the company believes in the accuracy of the information they are providing to investors they should have no problem with releasing it to all investors at the sametime here on SI.
