I know how old folks like you and Shep love that Weather Channel so I'll tell you it's raining right now. It's the CO2 that's causing this rain. And even before the rain started the Brazos river has been raising because of past rain upriver. So you can look forward to seeing more flooding pictures.

That Californian who did the shooting just arrived from California the day before. They don't know why he drove here and apparently camped out at the site of the shooting. Maybe he was targeting someone???? He's a vet and said to have PTSD and to h/b biased against Muslims though he had relatives with a Muslim name. A family member suggested he came to TX cause people can legally carry AR15's in public here. Which is baloney. Open carry here is just like concealed carry, you have to be cleared by state police and attend classes on firearms use and related legal issues. So some California weirdo can't just come into the state and act like he's in the old west. BTW I've never seen anyone open carrying any kind of firearm here.
