Philip, the point I made was right so far that the stock is going to trade in a weakening range until the oil situation is determined to some degree. DrRisk made an attempt to argue that the stock isn't predictable and/or weak. I think that the permabull view on aipn is in need of a serious tune up. But that isn't to say that the stock won't reward shareholders down the road.

You must weigh my comments in the context of an exchange I was having with DrRisk. If you need to post that I think I'm never wrong about anything I can only say it's your keyboard and you can post what ever you please.

I do agree with you that the fundamental story is intact: Everyone's waiting for the "big" news. And also the company's fundamentals still stink and I see more dilution in the near future.

But at present this stock is far more likely to lose ground then gain. The stock needs something tangible to light the speculative fires again.
