She was buggy, Ten. Never buy version 1.0. That was the 'moral' of the story.
WTF? There were many versions prior to her. Besides, there was no indication that she was going to be "version 1.0" given what Nathan was going to do to her after the test.

Furthermore, what she did to Nathan and Caleb at the end wasn't a "bug" from my perspective, but rather the result of Nathan being a little too successful in his creation. She saw humans the same way Nathan saw his robots: to be used and disposed of at her pleasure.

That's a reflection of her creator. That's a reflection of the immoral world you see in our robot-dominated future.
