Chris,

What you need to do is take a ruler and place it right on the chart. One end is on the Nov. low and the other end is on the dec. high. Draw a line connecting those two points. Then, bisect that line. At that point, make a dot. Then place the ruler on the Nov. high and draw a line to that dot. Then extend that line and you will see the line provide support for this past move.

Now, you really don't need to draw all those lines, you can just divide the distance on the ruler itself to find the place for the dot. Do you see it?
