Clinton, yes, I could convert my Intcw but I don't have too much of a loss in the warrants I bought this year and I have to check AMAT out some more. I just heard a little while ago that S.Korea is still dumping and why not? They don't need to make a profit as long as they are gaining market share and they get all the money they need. I heard a DRAM price of 2 dollars. I can't remember if this would affect AMAT. I am not really flush with money. It's just that I sold too many gains and not enough losses. I think at one point I was up over 80 % but that has dwindled down to the low teens or lower. I am not quite sure yet. I just don't want to pay any cap gains taxes when I still have down stocks.

When Intel takes a stake stocks generally do good for a while. So I am tempted. But I will have to check further into that one also.

Sonny
