Hello Alex,I saw that,a $115.00US purchase.I pay a flat rate at a full service broker-$50.00US, you got to make a big percentege gain to recoop the commision on a 100 shares <vbg>
I've finally come to the conclusion, all hype aside, ROH got one helluva deal for 25% of Alcaravan, and is sitting on a real prize.
Heres some simple math from a simple mind<g>
___________________________
HEC signed a deal today-1.4% interest in a 3 well program-$7m
ROH has a 25% interest in a contract area:
25%(ROHs) divided by 1.4%= 17.86(x$7m)=$125m(value of ROH % if bought out)
___________________________
HEC previously signed a deal-5% interest in the 3 well program-$25m
ROH has a 25% interest in a contract area:
25%(ROHs) divided by 5%= 5(x$25m)=$125m(value of ROH % if bought out)

Hope that made sense to better minds than mine<LOL>
DD
PS: I do realize these are different contract areas, with different expectations, but HEC,we already drilled a hole-and we know there is oil there.Still snowing like a big dog here<g>
