fpg Still sticking to your "extrapolation" of "revenue starting in June 2017 at best"? Thanks for the link, it shows my fans follow my every word! The link confirms my comments were based on AMD's own statements. I was extrapolating based on industry norms, just like I said. AMD said they'd be sampling "within weeks", with wider distribution coming in Q3. No, they said they expect to be sampling in a few weeks. A subtle difference but what does that tell you? Why aren't they sampling now? What will happen in the next few weeks that will allow them to sample, that hasn't happened yet? Considering the very limited functionality shown yesterday, the most likely explanation is they are waiting for a new stepping to arrive that they hope will address enough of the bugs that they can sample. If you have an alternate theory then please post it. I'm thinking your June '17 prediction is going to wind up being inaccurate It might be but only time will tell.
