Thanks Fred, that clears that up for me. I still would like to know the purpose of distributing shares of their client companies to shareholders. It looks as if this would collectivly beniefit the company (therefore beniefiting the long suffering shareholder)moreso than distribution would beniefit the individual shareholder. Also, do you have anymore information on the preffered shares? As I don't know much about specialty offerings, I am interested to learn more. Was it a one time offering of a small limited number? Are they traded on an exchange or on the pink sheets. Please excuse my ignorance in this matter, but if one never asks questions, he cannot be expected to answer the ponderings of others.
