Skaar, I still have a communication line with Kosta. I would not begin to anticipate his thoughts. I have a call into him but they are out of the office, probably due to the short week. Skaar, I need someone more expert than me to respond to this thought. Supposedly, as I mentioned in my last post and also on Nov.5 the last financial deal was restricted. It looks more and more like it was not restricted. I don't know whether or not restriction can be regulated. What qualifies as restricted. Merely the fact that it is not a REG S? Or can any financial deal become unrestricted depending on the handling of the stock? You see, I am beginning to believe that Baker has told people that it was a restricted financial deal when in actuality it was not,to lend credibility and confidence to the UMSI marketplace. Then the financials may have been purposefully not filed, because to file them would have revealed the true nature of this last deal. It would also have revealed the number of outstanding shares which I had previously guessed at between 20 -26 million shares merely based on the money UMSI had been collecting. Skaar, I can't believe that they do not have the money to pay CPA's to produce the financials. I believed that for awhile but the cry of the wolf in the night rings pretty hollow after so much noise and no action. I just wish we could get the true up to date picture on this no matter how bad it appears. But, at this point who do you believe? And more importantly, who do you talk to? This thing is beginning to smell real bad. I will make no threats on this thread but we really need to do something. We have a lot of collective expertise on this thread. What do we do next? Regards, HG
