As a general rule, delays in earnings releases are not particularly favorable.

HOWEVER FOR MVSI THIS IS NOT THE CASE:

1. From the get go, I knew they would be reporting late or at the last minute. They told me in August that they wouldn't report numbers till XMAS. I'm sure the warrant issue was the monkey wrench that caused the additional delay.

2. This is a lean company for overhead. Their attornies are also Investor Relations people. Maybe the pr is not the greatest; but I believe they will be in compliance. They need more accounting help which is no surprise for a company is so many different lines of businesses that are not contiguous. I've done the work and know what it takes. I like companies with lean overhead.

3. The Internet postings have been exuberant by many; myself included. A lack of immediate stock price movement and lack of concrete news causes anxiety and some people to sell their postions.
I have consistently added to my position. 7X greater from August.

4. Institutional folks won't touch this puupy till next year; most likely when earnings are released. They have been burnt by micro-caps this year; greater risk when large caps did well.

5. Year-end is tax selling time.

6. Year-end is window dressing time. Why show MVSI as one of your holdings when it hasn't performed well in 1997.

7. January is historically a great time for small caps. I expect it will be for MVSI as well.

Don't forget; we have revenue growth in the 250% range and millions in tax loss carryforwards.

I still think this one is a slam dunk.

Happy New Year to all.

Predictions:

YE 1998:

DOW 9014

MVSI 11.875....after hitting a high of $14.

Long Bond: 6.05% after touching 5.50%

YE PE=40; 1998 Earnings=$.30
