K, I was hoping that it might still have some bounces left, but I don't know what might inspire another bounce. The results of the first suit (i.e. no results at all), which was supposed to result in a settlement that would be so huge that the stock would gap up to $8 overnight, doesn't leave much hope of anything else happening. The case against DECN -- well-presented now by Scoop and a couple of newer posters on IHUB -- is pretty overwhelming. Nobody was seriously expecting a bounce to $8. A bit of hyperbole, don't you think? As to the case against DECN, I don't think we really know all the facts yet. I do agree that the settlement thing is a bit weird, but we will have to see if there is any real reason for it or not. As always, time will tell. The iHub DECN board has been an interesting place. Since you can't question anyone's motives because the posts get taken down, there has been a history of hyperbole, both positive and negative. Honestly, I don't understand why the negative stalkers there continue, especially if they don't own the stock, unless they are getting paid to be negative, which may be more the truth than anything else. And for the record, I don't like the positive hyperbole about the stock either. Blind faith on either side is not good. But it doesn't really impact what is really going on at the company. The main thing is if they can sell their test strip. They do have a product to sell. If they can really sell the hell out of the test strip, and that means big retailer contracts, then, no matter what is posted here or on iHub, the stock will do well. If this has always been a scam and they can't sell, then they won't. Simple as that. And right now, I am waiting for the evidence for either side of this argument to appear.

Ksuave, I share many of the same opinions about this crew as you do, just not as vociferously. As I have said for quite awhile now, IMO, the word that best describes this company is obfuscation. They always seem to go out of their way to muddy up the waters at every turn and leave the shareholders/owners grasping at straws. I really believe they enjoy doing that. IMO, this companies disdain for shareholders is unparalleled. Between their guard dogs and actions taken by the company, it appears they would love to get rid of all of us. All this talk of shareholders suing the company and going after the "healthy settlement" is pure BS. I think the settlement was so small and embarrassing that they had to hide it somewhere and this legal defense fund was the best they could come up with. In any case, that fortifies my idea that this is strictly a litigation play that will focus on lawsuits and not operations. I also noticed they are laying the groundwork for the alleged launch of genultimate in the big box stores for 2017. Always next year....next year. Well, after 8 years, next year never comes and I have no reason to believe it will in 2017. I am hoping for one or two more bounces but it may take another year or two. This outfit has burned so many investors over the years that most people who play these stinkies, won't touch it and legitimate investors/funds are not allowed to, for their own good. As for the upcoming party, it could have been much worse. The base has spoken and they have their man. I am hoping it is a peaceful coronation with minimal damage to my city. A contested event would have been much worse. To sum this up. I am hoping for one or two more bounces over the next year or two...that is it.
