Anything the US doesn't sell to Cuba, other countries could and would if Cuba could buy it. But they're socialist.

Back before socialism destroyed VZ, Cuba would rent them slave labor to do medical and security (ie political oppression) jobs.

Fidel used to brag openly about Cuba's college educated prostitutes. Prostitution, male female and child, is still an important part of Cuba's socialist economy.
