Most companies don't post on SI so therefore they are not held accountable for information here. Since Omar posts for the company and Barron posts for the company, the company should use this forum to communicate with the shareholders. If they don't want to use it, then they should not post here. I know of a couple of other companies were someone in the management posts here on SI to inform/update everyone. One thing I learned investing in penny stocks, that is don't rely on information provided by the company. Try to get information from a third party. That is what Offie did and some people here said that it wasn't valid information. Why are you looking in the past, some said. Well, the past usually repeats itself. Anyway good luck and where did you get the current O/S number?

Eric

HTSF -- CEO Benjamin Shell posts info and answers shareholder questions. Even though share price has gone from over $3.00 to under 50 cents, he still shows his face and does his best to encourage the faithful. Not currently in HTSF but it is one currently under $.50 that will be over $1.00 in 1998 in my opinion. Unfortunately I am in OLEX and at .03 I am not sure we will ever see .06 again. Guess I should sell but don't need any more tax savings I got a farm for that

Dwight.
