We likely melt up this summer......... and into fall with a spot 30 point correction here and there. I changed my mind as I don't think the mother top OR a 250pt SP swoon is on deck until winter, after the so called election, and possibly the inauguration....

We all know that as long as Barry boy is still in charge we will not get even close to any sort of meltdown or documented recession. So its buy the dips for the remaining year. The market had the chance to top off but was given the ultimate warning to sit tight and wait for the next person in charge......

One thing I am getting concerned about is housing. I live in north central Suffolk county on long island and I can't drive 2 blocks without seeing at least one "for sale" sign. The inventory sales ratio has to be moving higher and that trend is disturbing. Houses are selling but many of them are still forecl, short sales, reo's etc. Its not Florida in 2005 but on one 1.4 mile stretch of road I counted 9 signs. That's not healthy.

I still think Janet babe goes .25 and that's it for the year. Giving Barry a nice market rally send off into the sunset and his 5 million dollar suburban home. But its ok, he talked, oh excuse me, I mean worked for it - unlike many of those he once said had plenty of help to get where they are.

Rant over. Sorry, back to the signals. LOL
