Doug--I hope you and your family have a great '98. I have learned a lot of TA and alot about myself through my contact with you. I hope that our association will continue and be profitable in '98. Regards, Myron

Happy New Year ALL:

Anyone have thoughts on LINK:http://www.tscn.com/wsc/Corporate_Snapshot.html?Symbol=link&Button=Get+Report

It looks like it's in new low territory, but any expert TA would
be appreciated...

Also, Doug R., is RECY still on your "short" list? You called it perfectly last week.

TIA
Skane

Doug - T Chart Watch

TISX - up from $7.60 to $11 on Dec 29-30, pullback to 10 on Dec. 31
see newsalert.com for Dec. 29 news which seems to mention a merger and shares; I don't understand it. Not on Yahoo.

TMPL - MIMBO on Dec 30, from $11.87 to $14, with smaller additional gain Dec 31, all time high $19.50 or so ? Big move but I see no news since Dec 3 (big contract with US Navy).

TPRO - held on to last week's big recovery back to 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 area

TRU - moves up on volume after 4 month downtrend from a 2 year base. Completing 1-month reverse H&S.

TSNG - Increasing volume for two weeks, pretty big volume last two days of the month, with slight uptrend. Closed at 1.375. TSNG (Tseng Labs, or what's left of it) on Dec. 22 bought back 4 million of the 5 million shares owned by the Tseng family. Shares outstanding now 15 million. They say they have $1.70 in liquid assets per share.

TTNP - Up strongly (from about $4.50 to $5.50)all week on slightly better than average volume. Headed towards its old November high of $6.68 (which is about a 40-week high).

(Note to all - the above is a chart alert only. Little or no FA)

Here are some little puppies that seemed very happy the last two days of the month. Volume Dec 31 > Dec 30 > Dec 29 and price up. I did a screen and then eyeballed all of the charts and picked out these. Some are stocks that were happy before the market got nasty, some are big reversals, some breakouts, etc. Haven't done any FA but some are real cute.
