Frankly and respectfully, it's irrelevant what the news media is asking that pig, they're all just looking for a story to justify their own personal paycheck, the media is very largely crooked and dishonest, so who cares what they say or ask, they're not relevant in her case... here's the REAL story... That pig is in outright and inescapable violation of U.S. code 18 Section 1001, 1002, and 1003... it very clearly states the proper handling of ANY classified material and the exact penalties incurred upon violation of that Code, entitled CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURES... her actions are intentional in order to avoid scrutiny by her superiors and by the public allowed by the Freedom of Information Act... She's already badly bruised and on the ropes, and worse... and the FBI will interview her after the last primary is over and catch her in her lies... The FACT, already known to the public and already admitted to by hillary, that she transferred classified material from a secured government server to a non secured private server, and done by an uncleared individual who was paid $5,000 for that task is very clearly ESPIONAGE... this is a known FACT of the case, known already by the public, there is no idea what more the FBI themselves may have beyond that high crime... my hunch is influence pedaling while Secretary of State, and so on... all to avoid scrutiny by anyone and to avoid public access and scrutiny allowed by the Freedom of Information Act... She claims to have used a private Blackberry... she was already previously offered a government Blackberry but she refused it... when in her office on the 7th floor of the State Department, her private device is jammed and only government devices are functional... therefore while in her office she was NOT able to receive or send any critical information from and/or to any high ranking government official... the ONLY way she could do that was to go down to the 6th floor and stand in the hallway to receive and send messages... again, all to avoid federal and public access and scrutiny allowed by the Freedom of Information Act... There is so much more, but this is already enough for an indictment of espionage... General David Petraeus, a graduate of West point and a highly decorated U.S. Army General, was destroyed for committing a microscopic fraction of what she had done... GZ
