If it has "been found to be a complete fraudulent scam" why is Trump not in prison? You do realize that fraud implies criminal activity, right? Bribing state AGs can reduce the chances of being charged. Especially Republican AGs it seems. At least one of whom solicited campaign donations while deciding on taking Trump to court. He coughed up $25k and the charges were dropped. In that order. Good point, though. He hasn't been convicted. Yet. But Trump U has all of the earmarks of a scam. Down to the emphasis on high pressure sales techniques and advising prospective "students" to engage in behavior that detrimental to their financial well-being.
