New Flyer Industries (NFI-T) June 15, '16 today declared a quarterly dividend for the period April 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016 on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of C$0.2375 per Share to holders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2016. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016. As previously announced on May 12, 2016, the board of directors of the Company approved a 35.7% increase in the annual dividend rate from C$0.70 to C$0.95 per Share, effective this dividend payment.
