I think that Colorado has way more cojones that most other states, perhaps due to some of the traditions of the Old West. If memory serves, I think that Denver was the first city whose housing prices rose above its prior high before the housing crash.But it sure has become more liberal since I last checked. I doubt it'll crash like Vegas did in the next and inevitable downturn. Enjoy the Silly Season while it lasts. /sarc
