When a country says, "We're going to tax you on your worldwide income," it should not be surprised if businesses seek out places where they can escape those laws. Particularly, businesses that have no need for the United States. If the US doesn't get right on income taxes I would imagine there are going to be a lot individuals and businesses looking to get out from under it. I don't see why anyone has a commitment to go down with an obviously sinking ship.
