Trump has a right to question the Judge's impartiality....everyone deserves a fair shake in Court...and there are more than a few strange aspect to this case....Judges are supposed to avoid even the appearance of impartiality and I think Trump has a valid reason for concern.

Don,

These right wing nutters couldn't care less about the truth of Trump's "university" scam.

Trump wants to turn it into a race issue to charge up the morons in his base. It is enough that Trump claims the judge is a "Mexican" because his family has only been here three generations. It is enough that he belongs to one "La Raza" (an American Latino lawyer association), that they can claim he belongs to an unrelated "La Raza" group.

They are every bit as utterly dishonest and racist as their candidate.

But it won't help Trump. He didn't bribe enough DA's to get off the hook on this one.

>>Do you use the Judge's race or ethnicity if you have ever been near a court?<<

EVERY race and ethnicity is prejudiced against jlallen!
