And it's not just racism, but just your standard corruption.

I have been practicing many years.....in federal and state courts in numerous states, pro haec vice when applicable, and as local counsel in MA, NH or IL.. and I have in all my years only run up against one judge I thought was "hometowning" me.....or biased against my client...Most judges are good people trying to do a difficult job...seldom do cases break down into black and white bright lines...there are winners and losers in every case...someone is bound to be unhappy...blaming the judge is the easy way out....
