Don't have that statistic. Most appeals don't succeed, but percentages vary according to judge and circuit. The main point is that each case is decided on its merits and the law, and therefore isn't predictable by people who are only watching the outcomes and aren't familiar with the case itself.

Appeals courts will not reverse by second-guessing factual findings, however, but only upon determining that the court below made a mistake as to the law. This is always a great advantage to the winner of the first round of the case.
