Dear coinandgunguy, If limited political discussion is all right with the board participants, it is all right with us. We generally don't second guess how moderators run their boards as long as the participating Members are treated fairly and the board doesn't devolve into a place where personal attacks on other participating Members becomes a problem. Our experience has been that separating out politics from stock talk helps elevate the conversation level on the stock boards - our political forums are much more rough and tumble. But if your community members wish to allow political discussion, it doesn't swamp the board, and we don't get complaints of personal attacks against other participants, then we'll butt out.
