After you hit "Submit Public" the first time you are in preview mode..."at that time" you can go back and edit your post by clicking on edit.

After the post has been posted, "Post Public" you can go back to the post "within 15 minutes" and edit it, apparently after that there is no ability to edit.

Go back to one of your recent posts and you should be able to see a countdown clock of what is left of the 15 minutes edit time in red.
