9th Circuit -- Controversial ruling? All their rulings are controversial for the right but spot on for the left. This is what the Clinton Supreme Court will ultimately look like if she get is elected.

The court declined to say if open carry was protected by the 2nd Amendment. We all know what the Court would say on that point if presented with the question. It IS the 9th Circuit, after all.

In case anyone doesn't think that judges can rob us of our rights, this doesn't leave much doubt. I hope anyone who hates Donald Trump so much they are willing to let Hillary be elected, will think about her appointing 3 to 5 Supreme Court judges. I know from living in California that ONE judge can over-rule the vote of the majority. It's happened here several times. Now we live under tyranny in this state.
