Karl,

Congratulations on your Dick Davis Digest recommendation of CCSI.
Do they pick that up with your permission or can you submit stocks to
them. I know Dick Davis is a believer in Y2K so maybe TPRO will
be next. Dick Davis is very widely read in the Financial Community.

Keep up the good work.

Connie

Happy New Year to all! :-)

Karl,

You have taken the discussion to where the "rubber hits the road". Not having the benefit of 20 years in designing embedded systems, I will have to assess TPRO on its ability to sell CD's and bill consulting hours from its engineering consultants.

And I do look at Y2K as merely being the "foot in the door" strategy that IMRS, KEA, and other Y2K firms are utilizing to expand their post-2000 business.

The number of high-quality business projects that TPRO obtains from its Y2K consulting business will be indicative of longer-term value.

However, I welcome Mike Winn's comments. I believe that this company should be able to stand all educated and informed scrutiny. Mr. Winn finally presented several posts that backed up his previous tripe. I, as a TPRO long, welcome any further amplification of his viewpoints.

If he is BS'ing his way through this, it will come out and will prove to be an interesting furtherence of our diligence as TPRO shareholders.

Regards,

Ron

Hello to all. I'm a relative newcomer to SI and this thread. I have a small holding in TPRO and would like to commend those of you who have been working long and hard to gather, disseminate and debate the information found here. It appears that a fair amount of the recent discussion involves what the Dec. 19th Press Release says or doesn't say. As a communications professional I'd like to offer my general read. This press release is not unique in purpose or design. It was a FREE opportunity for TPRO to: _ promote themselves and their products/services to a variety of important audiences (BMY and their publics included), _ announce their association with a major corp. in the hopes of shaping credibility and momentum, _ carefully craft their own message/news story/self promotion, and to _ get their formal association with BMY off on the right foot. The last thing any company wants to do is piss off a new client, and their first opportunity to do so comes with the initial press release. I have little doubt that this release was a joint effort by the PR & Legal's of both companies. TPRO did not write James Ham's quote, nor would they construct BMY's plans/intentions when BMY is quite capable of providing that information as they want it presented. Each subject and word is carefully selected, reviewed and edited. In my opinion, TPRO, from their end, went as far with the announcement as BMY was comfortable/permitted. The next time you read the release, guess who's team wrote what. Season's greetings to all. Steve
