Well Always, Red hot coal, Yoga stock friend and numerous other Id's I have not hit the "B" button yet. But don't think for a moment you can attempt to answer or nullify every post others make here like you did on AG. It won't happen. You have made your point don't push it. Instead bring some constructive contributions of where money may be made like many others.

The fact that EE participated doesn't mean much either way. He simply fronted a few bucks (25%) to help keep the company afloat while they deal with Teck. You notice he never took it all.

" The Company agreed to pay a finder's fee payable in cash to Secutor Capital Management Corp. (the "Finder") at closing equal to 5% of the gross proceeds raised in the Offering from subscriptions made by persons introduced to the Company by the Finder. Accordingly, the Company paid an aggregate finder's fee of $7,500 to the Finder upon the closing of the first tranche of the Offering."

Considering all the properties under the CUU umbrella 12 cents is probably a pretty safe bet he'll get his money back. I doubt he is concerned with a time line or will it create a hard ship in his retirement. Also it will also lower his current ACB a bit.

Spec:

Sherritt Intl. has been in one of my watch lists for some time now. Been in a bottoming formation since last Oct. S/P, 80cents Current B/V $4.56, 30% owned by institutions.

What concerns me at the moment is although Eps Q/Q has improved it' still -.16 cents with 293.9M shares, R/G was down L/4Q -25.4% and Earnings over 1 yr. was $-2.1B, They would have to show another significant improvement in the next Q report showing the the losses have been curtailed for me to feel some comfort.

It has never recovered from the 09 crash it is lower now than it was at it's bottom of 09 where there was a rally from $1.80 to 0ver $9 only to collapse again.
It was a $18 stock in 07 so if the financials keep improving there definitely could be significant upside.
