It's one report per component, not machine, there could be muliple components per machine (There usually are). Jenkins makes conservative estimates and usually when he is sure of himself. Remember that they used BMY as an example in November of what a potential client negotiation would be like. Now in December they are telling us that they landed the client and are putting together a methodology during the pilot phase for rolling out their products and services for BMY World-Wide needs. If Jenkins alludes to this contract using up as many as 60 Engineers over two years, take that for what it is, a prediction by someone who is intimately aware of the negotiations. What insider knowledge does anyone on this thread have to discount Jenkins statement. He hasn't misled us yet. Jack
