I'm glad to see the company is somewhat alive. Previously I could not get any info. What does the company do at this time. Is there a home page, business activities, any revenues??? At the current price, it would appear the company had a near death experience. Will this company be resuscitated?

Good morning Stuart... and Happy New Year. I have been a shareholder in APN for quite a few years and I do not mind holding for a few more to realize a decent return on my RRSP money. I am curious: when did you acquire effective control of APN and at what price? (if you do not mind answering that question) Looking forward to new and better management. Have a very nice day Pierre

Stuart, Welcome aboard. It is peculiar for a Director of a public company to speak so freely on an internet chat group. I was informed by prior mgt that Mr. King resided in Florida. Stratex controlled 39 million, or so, shares. Who owns the other 29 million that you did not purchase? Stratex also controlled just under $10 million in debt. Was this also sold by Mr. Gauthier to you or your colleagues. Who does Mr. Sinclair work for? I would be interested in knowing what other graphite/mining ventures you and your colleagues have been involved in? An investment is only as good as the people who control the show.
