Gosh..
You say the QE ended but the deficit have been going down. Do you realize this is still deficit. Where the money is coming from to cover this deficit? Who cares if QE ended but they created another way to print money. The point is they are still printing it.

I am not arguing here about Bush. My question was : is it a sound policy to run budget deficit year after year?
Yes or no? If you say 'yes' - then why not print 5 trillion a year? 10 trillion? The stock market would go to da moon. So the answer must be 'no'. In which case - you should not claim it is Obama's sound economic policies caused this current mildly positive situation. It is just simple printing money which is not a sound long term strategy. But short tem it of course works and ignorant idiots have a bunch of talking points about good stock market and smart democrats who create all the good economic growths and evil republicans that cause all the recessions.
