Zorro, I am certainly not a lawyer, but if a company puts all of it's assets up as collateral for a loan, and all of it's stockholders are now in a position to lose everything if they default, aren't we at least entitled to know the name of the party that now has us by the throat? I am sure that liens have been filed, therefore it's public information. That is to everybody except the shareholders. Any lawyers out there?

Z, now that I think about it, I believe there is a difference between NASDAQ SmallCap and NASDAQ Bulletin Board, the latter being notorious for astronomical spreads.

Good luck.

Mike
