Tavros, Al thanks for your input.

Al, the customer service rep at Schwab told me not to bother with the software also, he said everything on the software will be available on-line soon. At least he was honest.

Eight transactions a day? How do you get any work done? They should give you Laker season tickets. LOL.

I don't day trade so price isn't that important to me, but customer service is. I think i'll give them a try.

Al,

Starting 15th January, ESchwab customers will have full access of local branches and free phone calls for service.

I am happy with their service and hoping rates to come down a little.
