I sure hope that the pending warrants expiration caused this to happen. However, in the absence of other news I would think that this is the case. I suspect that a large part of the warrants are owned by unsophisticated investors. In one press release the expiration for the warrants had been pushed back because the owners were not aware that they could trade the warrants as well as exercise them.
