Edderd, I agree with you that the largest market is the unknown one. All the people with psychogenic ED who can't have sexual intercourse with wife, usually, but get nocturnal erections!!! PFE knows this.These alleged ED patients, millions of them, if PFE or anybody else can get the FDA to approve a pill to treat something that doesn't need treatment ( an organ that becomes erectile at night if functioning perfectly well, and the treatment should be directed to the brain!! gg ). It will be a bonanza!! Of course the same applies to MUSE: people with psychogenic ED will use it too, instead of going to counseling.The advantage of MUSE of course is the immediacy of action, the fact that less visual stimulation is needed ( as opposed to Viagra, where visual stimulation is needed to initiate your own erection and THEN, for Viagra to enhance it ).
