No, he isn't. He simply asked the question, which is a question that needs to be answered and hasn't been.

There is no credible explanation for Barack Obama having used a bio for 15 years -- right up to the month before he announced his run for the presidency -- which claimed he was "Kenyan Born."

He was likely lying, but we don't know because to date no one has adequately researched the question.
