If ASND told you that "they moved earnings back due to some people being out of
town", then I think a deal may be in the works.
It could be an interesting two weeks.

They told this to Gary Korn who told it to me. Gary has been the one who has been making a case for an aquisition. I brought to Gary's attention this reason for a change in date was very strange. I find it extremely unusual.

Another possibility, maybe it was a freudian slip and they meant that some people had to GET out of town! Let's hope not.
