Dear Kenny Myrtle Beach would be fine....well except for those darn hurricanes. Would have to allow for more insurance cost.<vbg> I think I would pay that before the rent.<hg> On the serious side, if that property is so valuable in Vagas...and they don't own it...pardon i just can't do the math...will someone add it up for me?
