Well hopefully that person is held responsible for letting him go. As for weapons and the right to bear arms. we already have restrictions, we cannot have say hand grenades and that falls under "arms".....it's ironic that we invade a country looking for WMD and found none and yet we pass them out like candy in our own country......but if we are not going to restrict that right we will pay the price again going forward....so it comes down to keeping our rights but at a cost....just like due process for all citizens (even suspected bad guys) ....we keep that and we will pay....so our rights in the U.S. come at a cost
